Indian and Malay Corps Prisoner of War (probably in 1942 in North Africa). Shot by Germans on the 27th August 1944. The same day, a SS unit, in search of two allied airmen hidden in Andeville, shot 17 men of the village, of whom the Mayor. Private D. Abrahams rests in the plot where these Martyrs of the Resistance finally rest. |
